  Операция зависла, а курс у них оказывается фиксируется 15 минут. Кинули на 150$. В себе минус естественно не хотят работать. Поддержка никакущая, куда обращаться и как хз

  Bonjour.
  
  J'ai découvert alfacashier grâce à okchanger. Fut un temps, leur nom apparaissait pour les échanges skrill eur --> btc-e usd... je vois qu'actuellement ce n'est plus le cas, ce qui est dommage, car, eux, pourtant, continuent d'offrir ce service !
  
  Lorsque je regarde la liste des échangeurs, me concernant, c'est avant tout pour voir ce qui se propose pour btc-e. Vous n'êtes peut-être pas sans le savoir, mais tous les services proposés par btc-e pour charger des fonds chez eux occasionnent des frais, même pour les virements en euros. Il est donc intéressant de pouvoir comparer les échangeurs, de sorte à savoir s'il y en a un qui permettra d'économiser du temps, de l'argent, voire les deux.
  
  En ce qui me concerne, j'ai décidé de retenir alfacashier. Je les ai comparé récemment aux échangeurs les plus populaires du site, et je puis dire que, sans conteste, leurs taux sont vraiment meilleurs (à l'heure où j'écris ces lignes du moins, et aussi pour ce que j'ai pu constater par le passé).
  
  Alfacashier propose deux moyens de charger des fonds sur btc-e : soit par skrill, soit par virement.
  Pour skrill, il y a une commission de 2 % qui est appliquée... non pas sur le taux eur/usd ayant cours sur btc-e, mais sur un cours plus proche du taux officiel. Ainsi, à l'heure où j'écris, l'eur/usd est à 1.055 environ, sur btc-e ce même taux oscille entre 1.015 et 1.035. Donc, compte tenu de la commission appliquée, selon les taux en vigueur des deux côtés, on peut charger de l'argent comme si c'était sans frais, voire même en gagnant un petit bonus ! Ce qui est franchement plaisant, et avantageux !
  Pour les virements, il n'y a pas de commission de 2 % appliquée (la commission est de 0 %, mais je crois que ça tient au fait qu'ils font une promotion actuellement sur ce biais d'échange), en revanche, il y a une commission SEPA de 10 €, et une commission alfacashier de 10 € également. Autant dire que si vous avez moins de 1000 € à charger, il vaut mieux privilégier le chargement par skrill.
  
  En fait, le seul défaut du site, ce sont les délais de traitement. Pas que ça prenne des mois, mais pour btc-e ce n'est pas automatisé, il s'agit d'un traitement manuel.
  Sur leur site ils annoncent "moins de 24 heures ; durée de traitement comprise entre 2 et 4 heures les jours ouvrés". Sauf que malheureusement, en pratique, j'ai pu constater que ça durait un peu plus longtemps.
  Difficile de se faire une idée des heures ouvrables les concernant... j'ai cru comprendre qu'ils étaient en Russie (un peu obscur d'ailleurs leur montage, la société est enregistrée au Belize, paradis fiscal, mais les marqueurs temporels utilisés sont ceux du fuseau horaire de Moscou, le site est disponible en russe, et ils intègrent des solutions de paiement spécifiques à la Russie) mais aucune idée par contre s'ils sont plus du côté de Moscou ou plus du côté de la Sibérie. À priori, plus du côté de Moscou, mais sait-on jamais, vu qu'aucune adresse russe ne semble figurer sur le site de toute façon... !
  Quoi qu'il en soit, pour avoir passé des ordres en semaine à des heures de fin de soirée à Paris (pas longtemps avant les horaires de début de journée de travail sur Moscou, donc), j'ai en pratique constaté un délai de traitement d'environ 36 heures. Donc si le critère temps présente une réelle importance pour vous, peut-être devriez-vous considérer des options alternatives.
  
  Quoi qu'il en soit, ma conclusion les concernant est la suivante : ce n'est peut-être pas un échangeur qui permet de charger des fonds sur btc-e à la vitesse de l'éclair, cependant leurs taux sont vraiment assez intéressants pour qu'ils méritent qu'on retienne leur nom. J'ai chargé des fonds chez eux à 3/4 reprises et tout s'est toujours bien déroulé, et même si leur montage semble assez obscur (société apparemment russe mais enregistrée au Bélize, voir plus haut), je n'ai pas franchement de raisons de douter de leur honnêteté, vu que me concernant les transactions se sont toujours bien passées.

  Affordable & Reliable Service for Exchanging Coins

  I used ALFAcashier a few months back to move some Bitcoin into my PayPal account. I had to do a few hundred USD, but since you have to be a bit cautious with your coin when dealing with anyone, I did half of the Bitcoin and the rest once the first deposit was seen in my account.
  
  The first deposit happened immediately, but the second one took until the following morning. They say that it will be processed within 2 hours, which they might want to add to that by having it read during normal business hours as it can be a inconvenience to anyone in a hurry that does not realize people still need to sleep once and a while, and that some people sleep during different hours, and that someone does need to process the transaction.
  
  Again, just yesterday, August 12, 2016, I needed to get US dollars into my PayPal account, so I went back to ALFAcashier, which by the way seems to be quite reasonable compared to some of the other services for their exchange rate and any other fees.
  
  This time it was for 0.45 Bitcoin, or as of the moment about 250 USD. I had made the transaction late in the day here in Alberta, so it would have been late evening time on the other side of the pond. Given that I new right away that it would not be deposited until the next day as was the case before.
  
  So this morning I woke up and there was an email from PayPal of the money being deposited.
  
  All good, very happy with this service, my go-to at the moment for exchanging Bitcoin
  
  I'd just like anyone to know that it might not happen within 2 hours, depending on when you place your order, it could be the next day.
  
  One more thing, you will be charged a fee from PayPal as well, just thought I'd let you know, your not getting through them without them getting some of your money. If you want to know, it was 10 USD for them to process the 250 USD, or about 13 Canadian Dollhairs.
