This option can be really helpful if: You found a good exchange rate, but exchanger's reserves are too low to fulfill the transaction; You don't like the rates that are offered at the moment and wish to wait for a better rate; None of the exchangers in our database support the chosen exchange direction and you would like to be informed as soon as it becomes possible.

A: BL (Business Level) is a parameter that payment provider WebMoney assigns to the exchangers that work with WebMoney e-currency. It indicates the exchanger's rating as well as the level of activity in the WebMoney system. If the exchanger's BL is not specified, it means that this exchanger doesn't work with WebMoney currency, doesn't have WMID (account in the WebMoney system), and this parameter is not applicable to this exchange provider.

We strive to minimize the possible difference between the rates/reserves provided by OKchanger and the actual info found on the exchangers' websites by requesting new data every 5 seconds. The only reason why the rates/reserves information on OKchanger does not match with the exchanger service is because the exchanger service provided false or outdated data to our service.

A: Exchanger's failure to provide the services in a timely and appropriate manner may have objective reasons. If it happened, we advise the following: Be patient. Despite possible delays, most transactions are finished within one hour unless the exchanger's policy states otherwise. The transaction may take longer if you submitted your exchange request in non-working hours; Contact the customer support of the exchanger provider you used to perform the currency exchange; If nothing helps, you can report an abuse by this service provider on OKchanger - leave a negative feedback and specify the ID of your failed transaction. None of the exchangers would want to spoil their ratings - most of them will promptly reply to user complaints and take necessary steps to resolve existing problems.
